In honour of the 30th anniversary of the Onitsuka Tiger Colorado 85, Onitsuka Tiger and my client Woei have teamed up for a collaboration. This time we have partnered up for the iconic Onitsuka Tiger Colorado 85.
The Onitsuka Tiger Colorado 85 we once again took the iconic European Tundra’s as an inspiration for the execution of the shoe, which is simple, neutral but with amazing details and hints of a Cervidae. The details from toe to heelcap features 3M reflective material, the finest perforated suede, tonal zig-zag stitching, d-ring eyelets, debossed logo’s and again a very distinctive colourway.
For this project we have designed: the colors, tweaking and materials for the Colorado, metal pins, printed longsleeve, window graphics, sneakerstand plus graphics, socks and logos.
There was a very high demand for these sneakers. Costumers were in line two days before release and the reception has been really good. We sold out in a day.
